PhotoBook Pro ("PhotoBook", "we", "us") is operated by CodeCube Solutions. This policy explains what data we collect when you use photobookpro.in and the PhotoBook Pro Android app, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

PhotoBook Pro is a custom photobook e-commerce service. You upload photos, design a book, pay, and we arrange printing and delivery in India. Contact: support@photobookpro.in.

2. Data we collect

  • Account: name, email, phone number, and password (stored hashed).
  • Photos and designs: images you upload and the photobook layouts you save, stored so we can print your order.
  • Orders and shipping: billing/shipping address, PIN code, order contents, and courier tracking details.
  • Payments: checkout is processed by Razorpay. We store payment status and Razorpay payment/order IDs. We do not store full card or UPI PIN data.
  • Device (Android app): camera and photo-library access when you choose to capture or upload pictures; notification permission if you allow order updates. We do not sell this data.
  • Technical: IP address, browser or app version, and cookies needed to keep you signed in and run the site.

3. How we use data

  • Create and manage your account
  • Build, save, and print your photobook
  • Process payment and fulfil delivery
  • Send transactional email (password reset, order updates)
  • Improve the product and prevent fraud or abuse

We do not sell your personal data or your photos to advertisers.

4. Who we share with

  • Razorpay — payment processing
  • Shiprocket and courier partners — shipping and tracking
  • Partner print labs — only the design/files needed to print your order
  • Cloud hosting and storage providers that run our infrastructure

They may process data only to provide those services.

5. Retention

Account, order, and design data is kept while your account is active and as required for tax, dispute, and legal records. You can delete your account from the dashboard. Deletion removes or anonymises personal data that is not legally required to keep.

6. Your rights

You may access, correct, or delete your account from the in-app / website dashboard, or email support@photobookpro.in. Android users can revoke camera, photos, and notification permissions in system settings; some upload features will then be unavailable.

7. Children

PhotoBook Pro is not directed at children under 13. Do not create an account for a child below that age.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
