Terms of Service

These terms govern use of PhotoBook Pro at photobookpro.in and the PhotoBook Pro mobile app, operated by CodeCube Solutions.

1. The service

PhotoBook Pro lets you upload photos, design a printed photobook, pay online, and receive a physical book by courier in India. We may change features, pricing, or availability with notice where required.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate details and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account. You may delete your account from the dashboard.

3. Your content

You retain rights in photos you upload. You grant us a licence to store, process, print, and ship that content solely to provide the service. You confirm you have the right to use every photo you upload and that it does not violate law or others' rights. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear unlawful or abusive.

4. Orders and payment

Prices are shown at checkout in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Payment is collected by Razorpay. An order is confirmed after successful payment. Print labs and couriers then fulfil the physical book. Delivery times are estimates.

5. Cancellations and returns

Custom printed photobooks are made to order. Once printing has started, cancellation or return is limited except where the product is defective or the law requires it. Contact support@photobookpro.in for defects.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site or app, attempt unauthorised access, upload malware, or use the service for illegal content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Liability

The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by Indian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for a given order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
